Racked storage is a great solution for cargo that requires LILO application. The pallets are put in and taken out of the same entry spot. This method is great for bulk items, as you can store many of the same items (Identical SKU’s) and utilize the warehouses vertical space.
Bulk floor storage is the most simplistic method and requires no physical storage mechanism other than warehouse space. Products are stored directly on the floor, typically arranged several pallets deep. The appeal is low cost and ideal when pallets are stackable, products are not sensitive to First-In First-Out (FIFO) sequencing, and/or storage density is not a concern
As a Food Grade warehouse we are committed to being , dry, clean, well maintained and to follow all sanitation regulations set forth to prevent any possibility of contamination. Proper care and handling of food products requires a high level of sanitation and hygiene—both on the part of the facility itself and on the employees who work there. As a food grade warehouse we maintain a master sanitation schedule, a detailed outline of the cleaning/sanitation processes used and digital pest control records. Additionally we can schedule onsite USDA, MID and FDA inspections on your behalf. Our compliance record speaks for itself.
Hazardous materials require extra safety precautions for both the storage site and active employees. Different materials require different safety measures and storage environments to keep them safe and maintain their efficacy. Our employees are trained to safely handle various toxic and potentially dangerous materials.
